China Oil and Gas Pipeline Network Corporation (PipeChina)

Mr. He Zhongwen, President，Senior Engineer. He has previously worked at China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec), the Raw Materials Department and the Major Projects Inspection Office of the State Planning Commission. In 2001, he joined China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), where he served as General Manager of CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and as Chairman and General Manager of CNOOC Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. In July 2019, he became a member of the Preparatory Group for the China Oil and Gas Pipeline Network Corporation (PipeChina.). In November, he became PipeChina’s Vice President. January 2024, he served as the President of PipeChina.
